SHIPPING POLICY

We provide hand delivery to Downtown Ottawa, Centertown, Westboro, Vanier, Alta Vista, Riverside, Nepean, Kanata, Barrhaven. Your delivery rate will be determined at checkout according to your area code. Daily delivery route is arranged according to the region and the best route, so the delivery time cannot be specified. If you require the flower in the morning, we recommend you choose delivery one day in advance. Please contact us via email shufloraott@gmail.com or wechat for more inquiries. 

!! For condo recipients, we require recipients to be home for receiving flowers or inform the front desk for collection. If the front desk refused fresh flowers, extra delivery charge will occur for second attempt delivery.

RETURN POLICY

All our fresh products are highly perishable and are not refundable. For non-fresh products, we will happily replace your purchase or give you a store credit if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. Please contact us within 12 hours of receipt of your order for any return issues. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

For pre-order, you can cancel your order at 7 days prior to delivery. This is because most of our flowers are imported and are pre-booked with our supplier once we receive your order. If the flowers is en route to our studio, we will be unable to cancel the order.
